Muhammad Al-Muraqi and Director General of Municipal Laboratories at the Ministry of Social Affairs Municipal, rural and housing engineer Shaher Al-Baqmi, and directors of food laboratories in the Kingdom’s municipalities. Engineer Muhammad Al-Quwaihes explained the importance of food laboratories in the work of health control in the municipal sector and that it is the first line of defense to protect consumers and preserve their health through the safety and safety of what they consume of food and water of all kinds, describing the forum as an interactive platform for exchanging experiences, unifying scientific and practical visions and trends, and adopting best practices. Between the Kingdom’s laboratories and a review of success stories and development and improvement initiatives implemented by the Holy Capital Municipality, its partners in the ministry and other service bodies, wishing success and success to the participating guests and coming up with a number of recommendations, solutions and ideas that enhance the role of food laboratories in the Kingdom; To maintain environmental sanitation and achieve the desired goals of holding this forum. For his part, the Undersecretary of the Holy Capital’s Secretary for Services, Eng. Muhammad bin Abdul Rahman Al-Muraqi, explained that the forum aims to exchange experiences and standardize procedures between the laboratories of the secretariats to develop analytical processes according to the foundations and rules regulating this in order to preserve public health, stressing that the forum is a scientific opportunity to exchange knowledge in the field of food safety through Inviting many companies and institutions specialized in laboratory equipment and materials to present their equipment and work methods to inform interested parties and contribute to providing a database that facilitates access to specialists when needed.
